Delivery & Return Policy
At Hand Revolution, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, fast, and worry-free. This page explains our Delivery, Return, Exchange, and Refund policies.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
Our delivery partner Shiprocket ensures safe and quick deliveries across India.
Typical delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier service availability, weather, or regional restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking link sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We always strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, we’re happy to assist.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The product is not customized, on sale, or part of a limited-edition offer.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@handrevolution.in or call +91 95620 66446 with your Order ID and a photo of the product.
Return Process
Once your request is approved, a pickup will be arranged through Shiprocket (where available).
In areas where pickup is not possible, you may need to self-ship the product to our address (details will be shared during confirmation).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 working days after product verification.
COD Orders: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refunds will be made only after we receive and verify the returned item.
Please note: Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items showing signs of use not caused during shipping
